Lexi helped me in more ways than one with my nutrition and fitness coaching during our time together. I learned about mindset and how to make that shift with consistency and confidence. I learned to really trust the process and have patience. She taught me to not be scared of the foods that I thought I couldn’t have but moderation was key. She taught me how to look at why I chose not to follow plan or why I chose not to meet my macros and work on those reasons as to why. Consistency with workouts helped me build a much stronger foundation of my mindset but with dealing with my day to day stressors. Lexi became my coach when I first started my fitness journey. She really helped me develop a better relationship with food and I felt like my “meal plan” was truly catered to me! How long is the program?
While you might be used to seeing programs that promote losing “30lbs in 30 days”, “4 week challenges”, or “6 weeks to grow a booty”
The reality is that it takes much longer to do so in a sustainable matter.
Sprout: 6 month program
For my girlies that have been through the ringer but still aren’t finding results. You have a vague or solid idea of what macros are, you aren’t new to the weights, you feel like you are doing everything right but SOMETHING is missing. You are defeated, you are frustrated. You are starting to question if something is wrong with you or your body because you are doing everything right yet you still aren’t seeing the results yet.
This program is structured to dive right into slimming down and getting stronger. You should already have some foundations in place & basic knowledge around nutrition so that with some adjustments we can dive into hitting your new protocols. This is for the ladies that have 10lbs or less to lose & are looking to change their body composition
Sappling: 9 Month Program
For the girlies who have done a few diets here and there - you’ve maybe done Keto, Tracked Calories, drink protein shakes because you heard they are good for you? You kinda know what strength training is but don’t know much. You thought it would be easy but now you are confused as hell. You know you need more information but aren’t really sure what information that might be. You are losing confidence in yourself because you haven’t figured it out on your own yet. This is for the girlies that have 10-20lbs to lose.
The 9 month program is structured to ensure you have the foundations in place before diving into a fat loss phase and changing your body composition. We aren’t going on a sprint to lose weight but rather a sustainable approach that won’t lead you to bounce back after. This is for the ladies that have 10-20lbs to lose.
Seed: 12 Month Program
This is for the girlies that are just getting started. You are pretty early in your fitness journey and have never tracked macros or calories and you don’t know much about nutrition in general other than what you’ve heard around you or searched real quick online. The gym can be intimidating, weights are scary, and don’t have that much time to get to the gym.
The 12 month program is structured to help you build the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, get you the results that you are looking for, and provide support during your journey. We put an emphasis on getting the foundations in place. building up routines & structures that work for you, and learning the basics of fitness and nutrition. This is also for the girlies who have 20-30lbs to lose.

I am a nerdy, Disney obsessed, dog lover and aspiring author but more than anything I'm passionate about helping women find joy in putting themselves first.
I started my fitness journey in 2019 after I graduated college. Despite growing up a competitive dancer I had spent the last 4 years binge drinking, neglecting my health, and living off Taco Bel $5 boxes. I tried all the diet tactics like Keto & endless cardio only to continuously feel defeated after the results didn't stick.
I thought I was the problem.
It was through my own fitness journey that I learned what it was like to truly love myself & my body. I discovered a passion for helping other women learn to love themselves and have confidence in their food choices. For so long, I thought I was the problem for enjoying sweets too much- turns out the diet was the problem.
